Heritage Resort Shark Bay Denham, Denham

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the ocean view room with a balcony was stunning and the staff was very accommodating, the dining options and overall facilities fell short of expectations. The price seemed high, especially given the food quality and some maintenance issues.

I had high hopes for this hotel given its prime location right across from a beautiful beach, but my experience was unfortunately marred by cleanliness issues and lack of proper maintenance. The room I checked into was not cleaned thoroughly, and the facilities seemed to be neglected. It's a shame because the potential for a great stay is there, but it left much to be desired.

The hotel has an amazing location with great potential for a wonderful stay, but it feels like it’s just getting by. While the room was clean with a small kitchen that was convenient, the hard bed and older amenities left much to be desired. The dining experience was truly disappointing, not living up to expectations. Overall, it’s a decent place, but it needs some TLC to elevate the experience.
